Refund and Returns Policy

Apex Supplements ensure 100% authentic products are delivered to our customers, the following is our refund and returns policy:

• Orders can not be canceled after dispatch.
• Order can be canceled only before dispatch and payment gateway charges of 2.5% will be deducted from the order amount and after the deduction, the refund will be initiated within 7 working days.
• 3-Day return policy, only applicable in case of any product damage issue, please send unboxing video, else return may get rejected.
